When will Harv.ant launch?
We are currently in development. Join the waitlist to be notified the day we launch and receive 3 months of Annual Pro free.
Which devices will be supported?
Harv.ant will support iPhone 12 Pro and newer (LiDAR), iPad Pro 2020 and newer, and Android devices with ARCore depth sensing (Samsung Galaxy S21+, Google Pixel 6+). Standard iPhones without LiDAR will support photo-based photogrammetry.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Go to your device’s subscription settings and cancel there. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly to request a refund.
Is my scan data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your projects are only accessible to your account. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does Harv.ant work offline?
LiDAR scanning and floor plan generation work on-device and do not require an internet connection. Syncing projects to the cloud, client sharing and server-side photogrammetry require connectivity.
